Refund & Return Policy

Greenify products are disposable and food-grade so, after unboxing the product pls keep product inside the box again and close properly without moisture air circulation. Because there is a chance of getting fugus on the product. if fugus happen they are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances.

If arrived  product was fugus  means we will refunds or replace the product only if you email or request for return with in 24 hours .

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged product along with the Invoice within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide refund or replace after  authorized. 

Greenify process all returns within 7 working days after the product is delivered. If you have any issues concerning your replacements, please contact greenify at greenifyplates@gmail.com.

Our courier partners will deliver your shipment within 6 days, Monday through Saturday, between 10 to 6 pm, excluding holidays and Sundays.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation.
